Company Objectives
Warren’s Esthetics is a service-oriented salon that sells beauty products related to our client’s well being. We stress customer satisfaction in all areas of service and products to the extent of our facilities. We expect all employees to treat clients with respect and to fulfill the customers’ needs as much as is possible. A good public image is our most important objective, which can only be met by offering superior service.
Brief History
Warren’s opened their doors in 1995 in a 500 sq.ft. unit at 164 Sandalwood Parkway East in Brampton. Owner, Margaret Warren is a high-honours graduate of Seneca College having been trained in all aspects of esthetics. She is a make-up artist in beauty, camouflage and other techniques and has passed the government training programme for hair styling and colouring. Husband, Michael Warren is certified for aromatherapy massage and provides treatments for facial spider veins. By early 1996 the salon could not cope with the increasing number of clients and had to expand the facility to 1750 sq.ft. and extend our open hours to include Sunday. The salon business has continued to grow and now occupies 3500 sq.ft. in the same plaza.

Due to an ongoing controversy regarding the safety of ear candling with Health Canada, we are discontinuing this service.
There have been 21 cases of concern to the health department. Put in context, this is 21 out of thousands who have had the procedure, and in all
probability, the ones of concern were performed by untrained estheticians. Also, Health Canada states that ear candling has no proven benefits to
the client. At Warren’s we have never had a complaint or problem with clients receiving ear candling and we apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
