The Perfectly Pampered Prince and Princess celebrates 4 years in business
Orangeville, Ontario – Four years ago, RaDeana Montgomery was faced with a dilemma -- how to keep a group of 10 year old girls happy during her daughter's birthday party. The idea that turned her living room into a mini spa became a successful business that offers both a location and a mobile service. During the month of March, The Perfectly Pampered Prince and Princess will be celebrating their 4th anniversary with specials, prizes, giveaways camps and a big birthday party on Saturday March 22 from 10:00 am-3:00 PM.
Since moving to its current location at 75 Broadway, The Perfectly Pampered Prince and Princess has implemented new packages for boys-- Super heroes and Pirates, programs, camps and special charity events.
"We are more than birthday parties, we are an experience, because we offer services that help to promote self esteem, fun and bonding memories to last a lifetime," said Montgomery
Every Wednesday and Thursday night, kids 6-13 years join in the fun at Groovy Girlz, an inclusive program that incorporates beauty techniques, self-esteem building and crafts. Sessions are held for 6 weeks and provide children with a unique experience that they are sure to enjoy.
Other services include a March Break Spa Camp. Participants will spend the week living the spa life filled with spa services, movies, crafts, a photo shoot and a fashion show. The unique boutique is filled with special gift ideas, loot bags, gift certificates and glittery finds.
Giving back to the community is also a very important aspect of what happens with staff and customers at The Perfectly Pampered Prince and Princess.
"We have two initiatives to get our kids involved in the community," Montgomery commented. "The first is our Get Well Cards campaign and the second is our Beads of Hope campaign."
During any party at The Perfectly Pampered Princess, kids make Get Well Cards that are then collected and given to Headwaters Health Care Centre. The Beads Of Hope Campaign allows kids for a fee of $2.00 to make two bracelets. One bracelet is theirs to keep. The second bracelet is tagged with a card that the child puts their name on. This bracelet is then donated to the James Fund (www.jamesfund.ca); bracelets are then sold as a fundraiser with the money going to help find a cure for Neuroblastoma Cancer.
The Perfectly Pampered Prince and Princess began as a mobile service, with a huge customer base in the GTA. In 2006, they made a guest appearance on Breakfast Television, and are involved in many charity events. Most recently they were the corporate sponsor of Aiden's walk, which was organized by one of the companies Groovy Girlz participants Makayla Pierera. The walk raised over $2,000 for Neuroblastoma Cancer. Every year the company looks for better ways to service its customers.
