What is a Home Inspection?
An inspection is a non-biased analysis of the current condition of the physical structure and systems of a home.
The home inspection is not a guarantee, warranty or insurance policy and should not be confused with a municipal code inspection or appraisal.
We encourage you to participate during the inspection process as it enables you to learn the functions of the various systems and how to properly maintain them.
