Our goal is to make you smile. We would like to be your dental advisor or consultant who will help you choose what is best for you. Please be sure to ask us questions and tell us about yourself so that we can understand your needs and desires. The importance of a healthy smile can not be overemphasized. Healthy teeth and gums affect our ability to eat properly; are necessary for clear speech, and greatly influence our appearance and self-confidence. We aim to deliver dental care in a comfortable environment.

New Patients/First Visit
The most important part of your first visit is the examination. The doctor will examine your jaws, teeth, gums, and your entire mouth for signs of cavities and gum disease. We will also check your bite and even check for any signs of oral cancer. Also, you will have a chance to discuss any of your own concerns about the health or appearance of your teeth. After all of this the doctor will recommend a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and wishes. It is a good idea to arrive 10 minutes early. Bring along any medications that you take and if you have dental insurance then bring that information as well.
Child's First Visit
Age 1½ or 2 is a good time to bring your child for their first visit. Usually the first visit is merely an opportunity for show and tell so your child can become comfortable with the office and the dentist. An examination, radiographs, cleaning and fluoride will only be done if necessary and only after your child has become acquainted with the office.
Referrals
We are currently accepting new patients. Your referrals of friends and family are greatly appreciated.
Appointment Policy
We make every effort to stay on time. Out of fairness to the next patient please be on time for your appointments. If an appointment must be broken we would appreciate 48 hours notice. Patients who chronically miss their appointments without proper notice will be billed a cancellation fee.
Insurance & Payment
Our aim is to help you achieve excellent oral health and a confident, beautiful smile. Our policy on payment is aimed at keeping things uncomplicated. If you have insurance we can submit your claim electronically the same day and you will be reimbursed by your insurance usually within a week. Payment is expected when services are rendered. We understand that special circumstances sometimes exist. We will do our best to see that arrangements are made so that you can receive the treatment that you want and need. If you need to discuss other payment options for major dental treatment then simply ask. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Interac, cheques and cash.
