Young Dancers of Canada is a modern dance facility with 4 huge studios all equipped with sprung hardwood and roscoe floors, fully mirrored dance studios, leading edge sound systems, seasonal dance boutique, comfortable reception and homework area, boys and girls dressing rooms with showers and Dancer’s Diner.
Young Dancer’s highly qualified and experienced team of instructors and choreographers are specifically selected for their unsurpassed ability to connect with children along with their infectious love of dance.

- Ballet - is a classical form of dance that develops grace, precision, posture and bodylines.
- Jazz - is a modern form of dance that is associated to rhythms and techniques of jazz music.
- Tap - is a great way to build co-ordination, rhythm and timing.
- Acro - All acrobatic dancers will achieve balance, coordination and flexibility.
- Hip-Hop - is a fun way to develop the dancer's strength of jazz and combine it with smooth urban and street styles.
- Combo Classes - are a fun way to introduce your young dancer to the fundamental basics of dance, while they explore different dance styles.
Recreational dance classes are designed to enhance the dancer’s skill development while learning the fundamental basics of the art. The recreational dancer will enjoy participating in many fun events, such as Halloween and Valentine’s Day dance parties, presentations to parents, and year-end recital. These augment and boost the dancer’s social skills and self esteem. All recreational students are made to feel special and treated like a ‘Star’.
Our competitive program is for the more serious dancer. The competitive student will expand their abilities and develop individuality, ultimately acquiring distinct character and fame. They will become a ‘family member’ of the YDC competitive team. The highly successful competitive team at Young Dancers of Canada is recognized for achieving many high scoring awards throughout Canada and the USA.
