My name is Gerry Hildebrand and it is my goal to become your computer technician by providing personal service for everyone.

Mission Statement:

1) It is my goal to provide the highest quality service with integrity and honesty.
2) I provide both onsite and offsite service.
3) It is not enough for the computer systems I build to meet minimum industry standards, they must exceed industry standards.
4) Quality is always more important than quantity.

Rates:

1) Onsite service, $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum
2) Work done at our office, $65.00 per hour, one hour minimum - three hour maximum per computer.
3) I provide free pick-up.
4) I will come to your home or office and unhook the computer.
5) Before parts are ordered to complete a repair you will be informed of the cost.
6) You must approve all parts before I install them into your computer.
7) When the work is done, I provide free reset-up.
8) Sometime it is not cost effective to repair a computer. I will inform you of this, and give you all your options.
9) When a computer is classified as dead or un-repairable I will contact you with all your options. These include returning the computer back to you at no cost for the service or providing secure disposal of your old system.
10) Just need a question answered, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday whenever possible I will answer it. This is a free service.
11) Sorry, remember to add taxes G.S.T. & P.S.T. onto all services including parts and labour.
12) If your computer is outside our normal service area I will inform you before any work is done as to any additional fees.

Services and Stock:

1) Your Computer Technician has suppliers who carry the major brand names of hardware & software.
2) Acer, AMD, ATI, BenQ, Brother, Canon, HP, Intel, LG, Linksys, Logitech, Microsoft, NVidia, SafePower, Seagate, Symantec, Thermaltake Technologies, Kingston, Webroot and many others.
3) We stock only item we believe will be sold in 30 days or less.
4) The reason is simple. When you ask if we have or can get you a product our answer is normally yes.
5) Want something from a name not listed, just ask. I quote you my current price and availability and then you tell me if I should purchase it for you.
6) Want a High End Custom Built Computer Your Computer Technician will build it for you. Want something sold in a big box store Your Computer Technician will go there and purchase it for you.
7) If it is a computer you want we will move your data from your old computer, install legal software you own and go to the internet and download current update and security patches. Then we will deliver it into your home or office ready for you to use right away.
8) Need something backed up. We will come to your office move a copy of your data to an external device and store your data offsite. You can purchase the external backup system with your data or it could be transfer to other media.

Computer maintenance should be done no less than once per week. However, doing it daily will do no harm.
