I went into the Toronto Dufferin store to buy a Chanel bag. It was an incredible experience. I was sat down at their bar counter, served a cappucino and made to feel like a queen. This felt great as I am really only a princess. The bags were brought to me as I savoured my excellent coffee. It was easy buying this Chanel bag from them. The service and experience was second to none. I left feeling very pampered. I will go again when I need something special and will recommend Le Firme to my friends.
