What is it?
Menu pricing is charging a fixed price for a job instead of pricing the job based on time and materials. It lets our customers know the price up front, before we do the work. The menu price concept is not new. In fact, it has been adopted by almost every industry. An example is the automotive repair business. Mechanics look up the amount of time and parts required in a flat rate repair manual and quote a firm price. They know how long it takes to do a job, and so do we.
Menu Pricing becomes, in effect, your price guarantee.

Why?
The old way of pricing a job was based on time and materials. With Menu Pricing you know the "bottom line" in advance. That way you don't have to worry about watching the clock. Think about some of the problems that you may have experienced in the past. Here are a few you may have experienced: Being charged while a technician chases down a part. The technician didn't move as fast as you thought he should, or why should you pay for the helper in the truck when this wasn't a two man job? Here's another one, how about the technician was on the phone more than he was working on my problem, or why should I have to pay for on the job training. We think that it's time that our customers were treated with respect for their time and money. Menu pricing gives you that peace of mind, and hopefully trust in PLUMBWAY as your service provider.

Service Agreements

What are they?
O.K. we know, everyone offers something like this. But really, what are they? Think of it like an insurance plan. We come in annually (depending on the length of the agreement) and have a look at everything. The technician will come in and inspect all the pipes, sinks, toilets, faucets, drains, water heater, the whole house. That way, the chances of something "unexpected" happening are greatly reduced. If any thing should come up, at the time of the inspection or during the time of the agreement a special Value Price will be applied. Also, if there was ever an emergency, customers with service agreements are given priority. So in short, they are our commitment to our customer to help them anticipate any potential problem, give them a deal on the price, and serve them even faster than we already do.

Why?
Well we would like to think it's obvious. Peace of mind, for you. The inspection may uncover pending fixture or system failures or potentially hazardous situations. For us, it is all about offering "Prompt, Professional Service. Who doesn't want to go to top of the priority list in an emergency, and get a great deal at the same time
